Hi, I´ve made this project for P.E. about the calculation of macronutrients. I hope you like it! I had to make some changes at breakfast because the milk chocolate had too many calories. I also had to include two pieces of fruit. The calories of this diet are 1645, the calories of carbohydrates consumed would be 826, taking into account that 50% of the macronutrients that I take in a day should be carbohydrates and that is equivalent to 844, my calories consumed, as soon as a carbohydrate is concerned, they are correct. The calories of protein consumed would be 509. According to the 30% that should be in the macronutrients consumed in a day, it should take 506.4 but 3 more is not much. The fat calories consumed would be 342. As explained above that fat should make up 20% of the macronutrients should consume 337 calories from fat and 342 consumption.
