1) Now that I've finished the term, I think that I know how to use the future tenses better than before, and I've improved in the listening part thanks to the song's activities that we've done in the seventh hour.
2) About the blog, I've enjoyed using it because in my opinion it is a good way of posting and learning and using technology at the same time. Also it is easier to post it and not to write it in papers because that's quite boring.
3) I really enjoyed this term and in general the course, because with Cristina the classes are funnier and she makes you participate, so I think that's important too if you want to pay attention and learn in a better way. I improve in writing because I practised during the terms with the different topics and also, as I said before, in listening. I liked a lot the projects that we've done, specially the one about witches, beause I think it was very interesting to learn about the culture in the past and the history during the centuries.

CALCULATION OF CALORIES AND MACRONUTRIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DIET
Hi, I´ve made this project for P.E. about the calculation of macronutrients. I hope you like it! I had to make some changes at breakfast because the milk chocolate had too many calories. I also had to include two pieces of fruit. The calories of this diet are 1645, the calories of carbohydrates consumed would be 826, taking into account that 50% of the macronutrients that I take in a day should be carbohydrates and that is equivalent to 844, my calories consumed, as soon as a carbohydrate is concerned, they are correct. The calories of protein consumed would be 509. According to the 30% that should be in the macronutrients consumed in a day, it should take 506.4 but 3 more is not much. The fat calories consumed would be 342. As explained above that fat should make up 20% of the macronutrients should consume 337 calories from fat and 342 consumption.
BREAKFAST
- 1 glass of milk - 112 calories, 11.75 grams of carbohydrates, 7.75 grams of protein and 3.75 grams of fat.
- 1 apple - 116 calories, 30.4 grams of carbohydrates, 0.6 grams of protein and 0.4 grams of fat.
MORNING SNACK
- 1 muesly bar with milk chocolate 0% - 67 calories, 2.12 gr of fat, 13.36 gr of carbohydrates and 1.48 gr of protein.
LUNCH
- Lentils - 340 calories, 60.1 grams of carbohydrates, 24.7 grams of protein and 1.1 grams of fat.
- 1 breast fillet - 170 calories, without carbohydrates, 18.2 grams of protein and 10.2 grams of fat.
- 1 yogurt - 119 calories, 21 grams of carbohydrates, 3.8 grams of protein and 2.2 grams of fat.
- 1 yogurt - 119 calories, 21 grams of carbohydrates, 3.8 grams of protein and 2.2 grams of fat.
- 1 banana - 68 calories, 17.76 gr of carbohydrates, 0.88 gr of protein and 0.16 gr of fat.
DINNER
- 1 French omelette - 187 calories, 12.96 gr of protein, 0.84 gr of carbohydrates and 14.66 gr of fat.
- 1 cod fillet - 231 calories, without carbohydrates, 52.5 gr of protein and 0.9 gr of fat.
- 1 apple - 116 calories, 30.4 grams of carbohydrates, 0.6 grams of protein and 0.4 grams of fat.

SELF ASSESSMENT
What can I do that I couldn´t do before:
Now when I have a conversation I can talk better and use different vocabulary that I didn´t use before. Also, because of the book's project I can speak more about witches and its history.
What did I like the most:
The thing that I liked the most from this term were some activities that we did on Thursday and the project that my group and I did about the witch-hunt. It was very interesting, entertaining and a good way of learning about a topic.
What did I do well:
In this term I worked a lot and I studied grammar, vocabulary and translation so hard in order to get good marks in my exams, and I think I did it well. Also I did my homework in time.
What did I do in English outside the class:
Outside the class I listened to many songs in English (which I consider that are better than the Spanish ones) from a lot of different singers and as always I watched some series or TV programmes in its original version that is English.
What do I need to improve:
I think what I need to improve is to upload the blog more often and organise myself a little bit better when I have to study a lot of subjects. Also I can make an effort and study a little bit more the vocabulary part.
What did I learn about culture:
In this term I learned about witchcraft culture, which I found very interesting to search, and I made a project about it with some of my partners. Specifically, we did it about the witch hunt and it was a very interesting topic to know about and thanks to that now I know a little bit more about the past culture, its behaviours and its thoughts.

WITCHES PROJECT
One week ago some partners and I made a project about witch hunt in the 15th and 16th century. I found it very interesting so I decided to upload it. I hope you like it!

AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC ENERGY
Every movement we make requires energy to be created and there are two main ways that this is done, one with oxygen and another without oxygen.
The aerobic energy system
It requires oxygen, which resynthesizes ATP to create the energy required. It is used in lower intensity exercise and provides the energy for most human activity during our lives it is also important in the recovery from exercise of all intensities.
Anaerobic exercise
It is a physical exercise intense enough to cause lactate (lactic acid). to form. It is used by athletes in non-endurance sports to promote strength, speed and power and by body builders to build muscle mass. Muscle energy systems trained using anaerobic exercise develop differently compared to aerobic exercise, leading to greater performance in short duration, high intensity activities, which last from mere seconds to up to about 2 minutes. Any activity lasting longer than about two minutes has a large aerobic metabolic component.
What is the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercise?
In the simplest terms the difference comes down to the oxygen. With aerobic exercise oxygen is carried through your breath to the muscles giving them the energy needed to sustain the effort. Oxygen is not present with anaerobic exercise.
